Added possibility to connect Samsung Phones Based on MediaTek CPUs without Test Point.

Added "Force BROM Mode" option for MTK General, MTK General v.2148 and MTK Custom.

If you checked this option, the phone automatically from PRELOADER tries to connect in BROM mode.
