XenForo Accepting cookies (guests) shows "You must be logged-in to do that."

So I just noticed that when you as guest attempt to accept the cookies, you are being forwarded to "xxxxxx.com/account/dismiss-notice" with "You must be logged-in to do that.". Is there any reason why it's doing this rather than dismissing the cookies for said guest?
