Ques/Help activate the email first? bye bye spam

Hello,
since i have to delete barely 30 spam members every day from the panel or spam detector
I think maybe if the first step of the registration was adding the email and getting the verification code to continue registering and add other infos, then it would decrease the number of spam users and bots

is there any addon that does this?
