Bug Add passkeys

The add passkeys button is available on http sites. The navigator.credentials.create(options) function does not operate as expected when accessed over an HTTP connection, preventing the addition of passkeys. The exception is localhost. You have implemented a similar hiding of a button for Clipboard API
