XenForo All user upgrades with legacy amounts are now failing

Over the course of the past 10 years, I have increased the rate of our monthly recurring subscriptions two times. Users paying "old" amounts have always been upgraded fine, until we upgraded to 2.2 from 1.5. Now, every single one of them is failing with Error: Invalid cost amount. PayPal may be erroneously adding additional shipping and handling charges

This wouldn't be such a big deal, except that we have over 1000 of these users on old monthly amounts . Has anyone ever tried to mass...
