XenForo Am I able to have a grid layout?

Hi there, I have just yesterday installed a new theme to my forum and I am wondering if it would be possible to have a grid layout?

You can see the theme here Promotion Addicts - Unleash Your Promotion Side!

I would love to be able to have a grid layout but I am unsure if I would need to add say CSS or if it would be an option that is available in the Admin Panel.
