Ques/Help Auto delete user

In my forum to see full content a user has to register and pay the annual fee otherwise, as REGISTERED, he practically cannot see all the forum or use it.

There's a way to "auto delete" the user if, in a week or so, he hasn't upgraded so I don't have to do it manually?
