Reaching out here because I’ve gotten no response to tickets in over two days.
Our forum import was scheduled by Jon at XenForo to start between 10-11 am GMT this morning. It didn’t, so far as we can tell. He hasn’t replied to our tickets asking for details since Monday.
There is no contact mechanism that I can see outside the ticket system where we are getting ignored. Is there anyone at XenForo who can tell me when our migration will occur? Answer any of the questions we’ve asked...
