UFi can't download any file on UFI support and read BGA 221

hi sir please helep me, My Ufibox can't download anything file. if i download some file on support, proses is running well but file is corupted. UFI_v1.6.0.2333

problem 2 if i read IC BGA 221 my ufibox there some error code
Failed to initialize eMMC (return code: 0, CMD Error: ) !!!
CMD0 error, cmd response: 0x0, card state: 0 (Card is in unknown state)
GO_IDLE_STATE command failed.
Check your connection, make sure eMMC inserted properly.

please helep me sir, there any solution?
