Bug Change Payment button is shown for cancelled account upgrades

If a recurring accout upgrade is cancelled, XenForo still displays the Change Payment button (if supported by the payment provider).

This IMHO doesn't make much sense and at least for Stripe it doesn't work anyway.

Suggested Fix
Don't show the button if the upgrade is cancelled
