XenForo Changing forum title's font colour

Hey Gang. Very new user here. Just migrating from MyBB to XF and trying to figure out how to do some things on my own. I would have thought this one would be more straightforward but it seems everything I can find refers to modifying stylesheets. I'm assuming there must be a clear setting somewhere.

I'm trying to change the font colour of all my forum titles... These



Similarly with sub forums.
