XenForo ChatGPT Reply Assistant is not working

Hi Team,

We installed the ChatGPT Reply Assistant about 1–2 years ago, but it's currently not working. When we click on 'ChatGPT Reply', we receive the message: 'Sorry, I couldn't contact the ChatGPT think tank.' Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? For more reference please see below screenshot.
