The rebuild commands are xf-rebuild:kirby-xfmg-media-thumbnails, xf-rebuild:kirby-xfmg-album-thumbnails and
xf-rebuild:kirby-attachment-thumbnails.

The XFMG commands will only work if XFMG is installed though (otherwise they will log an error).
