Ques/Help Cloudflare Turnstile - Bots spam - is it effective ?

Hi all,

I wanted to hear some feedback about Cloudflare Turnstile - is it effective ? I have had soooo many bots over the past few months... posting about casino, "hot women" etc etc........ I want to finally get rid of it instead of manually cleaning it up. So frustrating.
