XenForo Communication -> Notices - Disable for mobile view, possible?

I try to setup the NOTICES banner to now show on mobile view (I think it slows down the page and give us bad ranking) what do I have to set in the below options to avoid the banner show up on smartphones?

Visibility

• Never hide
• Hide below wide width (900px)
• Hide below medium width (650px)
• Hide below narrow width (480px)
