Bug Confusing error message when trying to move thread

Steps to reproduce

1. Create two forums of type article
2. Create a new thread in the first article forum
3. While viewing that thread as a moderator with permission to move threads, select Move thread from the More options menu
4. Activate option Leave a permanent redirect
5. Select the second forum created in step 1) as destination forum
