XenForo Converting SMF 2.1.4 w/Inline Attachments

I'm converting an SMF 2.1.4 forum with 10 years of inline attachments. The conversion brought over all the attachments, but none of them inline - they're all at the bottom of each post. How can I preserve them during conversion?
