Ques/Help Copy/ Paste images stuck on same image

Hi

I am trying to copy and paste images to different threads. No issues with this before.

But now 3 images that I copy and pasted a few days ago always show up when I try to paste new images that I have copied.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
