XenForo Disable smilies for one member? Misuse of "likes" option.

We're having an issue with a member who uses LOL emojis very inappropriately on thread he's been asked to self-discipline. Other than banning, is there a way to keep a him from using emojis?

Also, is there a way to delete those he posted on a specific thread?
