Ques/Help Displaying banner ads and boxes without installing an add-on?

Does Xenforo have a functionality to display basic ad boxes and leaderboards? Nothing fancy, we just want to run house ads and not have to pay for a plugin.

We were previously using the lite version of Ads Manager, so I don't know what's available natively in Xenforo. Is there anything?
