XenForo Easiest way to remove resources/media from navigation bar + altogether?

My forum users will not be utilizing the resources or media functions, as nice as they are. How would I go about removing them as much as possible from the overall forum experience? I think the picture I'm posting may be specific to the custom theme I use in how to remove them but some of my users will likely utilize the default style too so.
