XenForo Email failures: "Not currently owned by sender"

I'm getting a few failed emails on my error log each day. Example below:

Code:

Email to example@usersemail.com from example@priorboardemail.com failed: Process failed with exit code 1: /usr/sbin/sendmail: unexpected response 550 to DATA | 550 Message rejected. priorboardemail.com is not currently owned by sender

The thing is, I removed example@priorboardemail.com from all of our email settings a while ago. I can't seem to find where this email exists anywhere in our settings...
