XenForo Emails Stuck in XF Mail Queue

We've got an email to a user who signed up, but never confirmed their email (because it's a fake address), but we have their email stuck in the mail queue, so XF is attempting to re-send it every 2 hours. The user account has been deleted, but it's still trying to send.

Can this be deleted directly from the DB?
