XenForo ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hello

Since yesterday evening the homepage of my forum is no longer accessible.
The subpages are accessible.
xenForo version is 2.2.13

The message appears in the browser:

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This affects all browsers and operating systems and is not due to the cookies.

Nothing has been changed anywhere.
I made the last updates about two weeks ago.
Settings in the admin control panel, such as the board URL, have not changed for years.
Likewise the entries in .htaccess.
