Bug "Filters" menu on a suggestion forum doesn't highlight like normal forums

If you mouse over the "filters" text on a forum, it highlights and stands out well against the default background color. But on suggestions forums, it has the same color as an inactive tab, and doesn't do highlighting on hover.
