XenForo Forum Prefixes - Not all show and 1 show in wrong color

I am using those Forum Prefixes all except the last one are default style.
The last one is red style. All belong in the same prefix group and all are selected available for that Node

This is what I get when I start a new thread?
The one that should be red is not visible and I have two with the same title and a wrong prefix in red??


I can't find a setting allowing x number of prefixes or any other setting this could be related...
