I'm joining this forum as I'm not a repair shop or a mobile retailer but as an IT admin for a small business.
Trying to find a solution to fix an issue we have inherited on some samsung phones. I have purchased a number of tools hoping they would fix the issue but its still not working.
Its to do with the 'IT Admin' as I think its known on the web and if anyone wants to reach out to help I would greatly appreciate it.
