Ques/Help How Do I Change the Character Limit for a Resource's Tag Line?

Anyone know where I can adjust the character limit for the tag line shown under a resource title? I'm trying to write a longer one but it keeps cutting off.

What's the setting called or where is it located? Can't seem to find it.
