Ques/Help How do I edit the Administrator permissions for a user?

There is no way, it seems, to edit the admin permissions for an existing administrator.
If it exists but I can't find it, then it's not in an intuitive place.
I would expect to find a Permissions button against each admin at /admin.php?admins/
