I've had to add over 100gb to my servers in the past year, 50gb since February, and am running out of disk space again because I have prolific posters who are uploading image after image into the attachment system and have no way to throttle it.
This is one example. This user has 7k attachments in the system, with the majority of them being well over 500k each. I have multiple users like this.
