XenForo how to change the info below thread title?

I would like to change the info below thread titles to the following:

from:

op . date/time

to:

op. date/time . last user

I know how to remove those info (last update time/user, etc.) in the columns on the right.

I want to preserve the condition based click-on feature on usernames.

Also I would like to keep this on all screen views (resolutions). Thanks in advance for your help.
