XenForo How to have a user banner & follow user title ladder too?

To thank those that donated to our site, I created a group that has a banner and threw everyone that donated into that group as their secondary group.

Worked great until I noticed all those people lost their user title and it only displays the supporter banner.



What did I do wrong/misunderstand?
