Ques/Help how to remove "watched only" items from new content feed?

When I search for new posts, I noticed it searches and displays "Show only: Unread" and "Show only: Watched". I'd like to default this to just show "Unread" as I'm missing on new content that I have simply not interacted with yet.

Is this possible? Thanks!
