Solved Image hidden in Spoiler shows in Latest Activity preview

People expect an image in a spoiler to be hidden. It may be adult or upsetting, a bit like this one:

Spoiler: Warning: contains scenes of graphic violence and nastyness
IMG_4639.jpeg

So it should not show a preview thumbnail in Latest Activity
