XenForo Inability to move/copy threads and posts

I am running Xenforo 2.3.4...

PHP version 8.3.14
MySQL version10.3.39 (10.3.39-MariaDB)

...and after the upgrade from 2.2.17 I can not move or copy any threads or posts.
Does anyone have any ideas for a possible solution?
