Solved Inline moderation action Unapprove threads does nothing when processing deleted threads

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a soft deleted thread for inline moderation
2. Select inline moderation action Unapprove threads
3. Click button Go

Expected Result
Thread is put into approval queue (Preferred)
or
The thread keeps its deletion status and is still selected for inline moderation

Actual Result
The thread keeps its deletion status and is not selected for inline moderation any longer

This is confusing as there is no indication at all that nothing...
