XenForo Installing ticker tape widget fixed at bottom of the screen

I am interested in installing a stock ticker tape widget (more information and code below) on my website. I'd like this to be fixed at the bottom of the screen for my users (desktop, mobile, tablet, etc). Can someone help me develop this?
