Ques/Help is it possible to add a prefix into a reply

as the title , i can make prefix's for my threads and they show at the top of each thread , is it possible to insert a prefix in to a thread reply so if someone clicks the prefix a the top it takes them directly to the reply post , so on large threads this could be a time saver for some members

I'm not sure if this is possible
