XenForo Is rebuilding thumbnails supposed to take this long?

Before moving to AWS it was fast. Now, it is still rebuilding the next day, after making them a bit larger.

Rebuilding... Attachment thumbnails (73402)

Is it slow due to using AWS? Thanks
