Ques/Help Is there some widgets worth keeping disabled on sites with many users?

I wonder from a php/mysql stand point if there are widgets that should be avoided?
updateSessionActivity() is a slow query for me.

This is what I have on:

• Members online
• Staff online
• Today's birthdays
• Online statistics
• Forum statistics
