Bug Issue with Review Snippets in Google Search Console - Invalid itemReviewed Error

Google Search Console is reporting review snippet errors across all my resource pages that include reviews.
The error under “Review snippets” is:

• Invalid object type for field itemReviewed
• Missing reviewed item name

The page is crawled successfully, but review data is flagged as invalid and not eligible for rich results.
