When I posted this thread I was not logged in, and when I was prompted to register I clicked the login button in the notice at the top, which opened a modal that prompted me to login, and as soon as I was logged in it submitted the post but redirected me back to the "post new thread" page with no saved draft, and I only noticed the post was actually created when I retyped the entire message and tried to submit it and got the flood control method
