XenForo Languages that do not change in Tr Language Translation

I am changing the forum to Turkish with the TR language patch. However, untranslated languages appear. When I asked the producer, he said there might be a problem with the default theme. Because it seems to me that there is no language that is not translated in its forum.
Therefore, how can I reinstall the default theme?
