XenForo Latest Post Url on Community's Home

I am facing a small issue..

When I hover on the Hyperlink text on forum's latest Post section ( on community's homepage)



1. It shows url containing numbers
like this :



When I click on the Latest Post Link :
It takes me to the last post and shows url like this



My Queries are :

1. Why is it showing url containing numeric digits on community's homepage ?
2. How can I take my visitor to the first post ?
