XenForo Looking For This...See Picture

I have been looking around for how to do this either through an addon or some template modifications. I am wanting to have this "NEW" display next to the forum node title and am having no luck finding information on how to complete this task.

Would anyone be able to steer me in the correct direction? Thanks!
