Ques/Help Mark registration as spam for specific keywords in custom field

I have a custom introduction field for all new users so we can review new accounts. I want to auto spam registrations for speciifc keywords entered. We get like 5-10 new registrations a day that are spam with the exact same keywords in the intro field. How can I set this up? Thanks
