XenForo Multi thread spam management

Are there any plugins that can block a users attempt to create the same thread in a short space of time? Example, a user creates 5 topics , same title and content within 30 minutes and thus having all three flag as moderated would be ideal. Maybe it already exists or a part of the current system. Suggestions welcomed.
