XenForo My site has suddenly become very slow - I changed nothing.

Hey there. Recently members and admins have been complaining about site load time. This is the first time in 5 years of running the forum, yet I have made no updates or changes to the site in over 12 months. I was wondering if folks here could help me troubleshoot as to why that might be.
