Bug Navbar links when sticky... weird padding behaviour

Navbar link padding-right when the navbar is not sticky is 1.875px

Navbar link padding-right when the navbar is sticky is 3.75px

This creates a sort of zooming effect... I don't think that was the case with 2.3.2...
And I don't see the use of this padding change (x2).
