UFi Need Dump file or not???

Hi, Samsung J200gu(Galaxy J2) got softbrick while system update. Cannot flash with any tool( got error system.img). So I gonna repair emmc with UFI BOX. I just wanna know I need any associated dump file to repair it or can I read Bolt1 Boot2 Usetarea Ext and write them again?
Any suggetion accepted. Thank you!
